The Philadelphia office of DLA Piper is seeking a Litigation attorney with a minimum of two years experience. The prime body of work is asbestos litigation with opportunities for brief writing and oral arguments. The docket includes a volume of cases venued in the northeastern US, principally Pennsylvania. Daily tasks to include deposition taking, pleadings, report writing and interface with local counsel throughout the US . This attorney will be part of a larger team responsible for cases around the country and will serve when needed in multiple jurisdictions.

Preferred candidates will have immediate transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools.
