The Washington, DC office of Venable LLP seeks a staff attorney to work in our nonprofit organizations practice on multi-state registration and compliance matters for nonprofits and businesses that support nonprofits. Knowledge of charitable solicitation rules, experience with compliance, and state licensure issues a plus. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
