Clark Hill is seeking an associate attorney with two to four years of experience for its Corporate Practice Group in Pittsburgh, PA. This associate attorney will be responsible for preparation and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents of all kinds including merger and acquisition documents, entity formation documents, operating documents and compliance documents. This associate will be expected to interact well with clients and represent clients in the negotiation of business transactions of all types. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Strong academic credentials are essential.
