Clark Hill is seeking an entry-level to junior-level associate attorney for its Personal Legal Services Practice Group in Birmingham, MI. This associate attorney will be responsible for preparation of estate planning documents; income tax planning; estate and gift tax planning; trust and estate administration; probate litigation, including motion practice and basic discovery; and business succession planning, including entity selection and general corporate matters. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are also required. Strong academic credentials are essential. Prior experience and/or education in Tax preferred.
