ThJacksone office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz seeks to hire a staff attorney with two or more years of litigation experience to join the Mortgage Litigation Subgroup of the Firm's Financial Institutions Advocacy Group. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills and experience in discovery and motion practice are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. The staff attorney will work closely with litigators on the mortgage litigation team who will provide active mentoring. Mississippi law license required or candidate must be able to take the Mississippi Bar and obtain license promptly.
