The Miami office of Hunton & Williams LLP seeks an associate to join the Corporate Team of the Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisition Practice Group. Applicants should have two to five years of experience in sophisticated public and private merger and acquisition transactions, as well as corporate finance matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, great analytical and writing skills and be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. Candidates should be interested in developing long-term working relationships with our clients, have the desire to be part of a nationally recognized corporate practice and be a true team player.
