The Atlanta office of Hunton & Williams LLP seeks an associate to join the Corporate Team of the Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisition Practice Group. Applicants should have two to four years of experience in sophisticated public and private merger and acquisition transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, great analytical and writing skills and be able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. Candidates should be interested in developing long-term working relationships with our clients, have the desire to be part of a nationally recognized corporate practice and be a true team player.
