The New York office of Hunton & Williams LLP seeks a junior associate with up to 3 years of transactional lending experience to join the Lending Services/Business Finance practice group of its Capital Finance team. Experience representing Agent Banks and Lead Arrangers in syndicated, leveraged and/or project financings is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and be a true team player.
