The Atlanta office of Hunton & Williams LLP seeks an associate to join the Business Finance/Lending Services practice group.

Applicants should have one to three years of finance experience in drafting and negotiating ancillary loan documents as well as other finance and lending transactional matters. In addition to strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills, candidate should have a solid record of success and leadership and confidence to work directly with clients and colleagues.
