Foley Hoag's Business Department has openings for junior to mid-level associates in our Boston office.

We seek applicants from the Class of 2011 and senior with a minimum of two years of general corporate transactional experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate Finance and Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions and/or Venture Capital.

We staff transactions leanly, affording associates an opportunity for significant responsibility and excellent career development. Associates work one-on-one with partners, gain a depth of experience in a broad range of corporate transactions, and get immediate client contact. Such experience has contributed to the firm's consistently excellent rankings in national associate satisfaction surveys.
