Experience in representing financial sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as strategic buyers and sellers in private M&A transactions is required. The candidate should also possess experience in conducting and coordinating the due diligence process, managing the flow of documents, and assisting in closing transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
