Seeking an associate with one to three years of Real Estate experience to join the Los Angeles office of Orrick.

The candidate will gain meaningful experience in the practice of real estate law and real estate finance, with a primary focus on high-end, capital markets transactions. The group focuses on joint ventures, financing transactions, fund formation, and distressed asset transactions, with a lesser emphasis on leasing transactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing and communication skills, have strong academic credentials, and major law firm experience. Prior experience in real estate work (whether legal or not), general corporate law, or finance law is a plus. A member of the State Bar of California is required.
