We are performing an exclusive search on behalf of our client, an Am Law 100 Firm.

Job Description:

Advertising/Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to fill a brand new position working closely with practice group leaders on a mix of counseling on advertising and associated regulatory work, National Advertising Division (NAD) and litigation matters.

This is a partnership track position and offers an opportunity for future leadership of a rapidly growing practice group. This highly regarded group represents major house hold name clients with whom this associate will develop direct relationships.

This position will provide an associate with great mentors and opportunities for business development growth and public speaking/writing outside of the firm. Ideal candidate will have a litigation background and be willing to work on NAD, Lanham Act and FTC matters.

Salary will be commensurate with that of an associate attorney at other Am Law 100 firms with 2-5 years of experience. Ideal JD years are 2009, 2010 and 2011. Strong academic record, excellent writing and analytical skills are required.
