The Chicago office of DLA Piper is seeking a Capital Markets associate with 1-3 years experience for its Finance Group. The ideal candidate will have a focus on real estate finance transactions and significant experience in real estate joint ventures, real estate funds, tax, securities and/or general corporate experience, including drafting real estate venture documentation, limited liability company agreements, limited partnership agreements and handling the operational aspects of such is required.
