Mayer Brown LLP is seeking an associate attorney to join its internationally recognized Business & Technology Sourcing Practice in Washington, DC. This is an integrated, global practice that works with clients in all aspects of business process and IT sourcing, including outsourcing, offshoring, renegotiation, e-commerce and licensing. Applicants should have three to four years of experience in transactional work with a service provider or law firm. Experience with outsourcing and/or technology transactions is a plus. Excellent work and academic credentials, including strong writing and oral presentation and interpersonal skills, are essential.
