The Pittsburgh office seeks an Associate with 4-5 years of commercial litigation experience with a large law firm or its equivalent. Taking and defending depositions, motions, and second chair trial experience are required skills; first chair experience is preferred. Candidates with experience in energy, environmental or insurance recovery litigation are also preferred.
