Seeking Banking & Finance associates with 2 to 5 years of strong deal experience at the New York office of a top law firm with a significant leveraged finance, project finance or similar finance practice. Ideal candidates will have worked representing large institutional and investment banking clients. Note, general Corporate experience is not ideal and a solid finance background is a must. Position is especially well-suited for an associate who wants the benefits of the lifestyle that living in Charlotte can offer (home ownership, engagement in the community, family-friendly city) but also seeks the challenging, cutting-edge work that Cadwalader does. Note that the client base is primarily major New York offices of international financial institutions, so work demands are very robust.
