McDermott Will & Emery's Washington, DC office is seeking a licensed Patent Agent to join our growing IP Prosecution practice group. The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 2-3 years' experience drafting and prosecuting patents. Semiconductor and/or automotice technology experience is preferred. We are seeking individuals with strong writing, organizational and communication skills. USPTO admission required.
