The Northern California offices of Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, a global law firm with 44 offices, in 21 countries, seek a Corporate Associate with 3-4 years of law firm experience. Candidates with demonstrated interest in start-ups, private equity, venture capital, and/or mergers & acquisitions are strongly encouraged to apply. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and interpersonal skills, and be able to demonstrate initiative to interact with clients and generally support a growing broad based corporate practice. Must be admitted to a US state bar and be in good standing. Admission to CA is expected if not currently admitted.
