The Washington, DC office of Chadbourne seeks an Associate specializing in environmental law with two to five years of environmental experience to join the Project Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have top firm and academic credentials and will have prior experience with environmental permitting and the interpretation of the National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and Comprehensive Environmental Response and Compensation and Liability Act. Experience with environmental issues in the context of the construction and operation of power generation and infrastructure projects and the purchase and sale of commercial enterprises desired.
