Corporate Practice Group of established, growing midtown firm seeks senior counsel/partner securities attorney with extensive experience in public securities work pursuant to the 1933 and 1934 Acts, with substantial exposure to public and private offerings (including IPOs and Regulation D offerings) and SEC, FINRA and NASDAQ filings (including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and proxy statements). Minimum of six years of legal experience required. Experience with broker-dealer regulations and the Investment Advisers Act a plus. Qualified applicants must have extensive experience with documentation used in public and private equity transactions, and relevant securities regulations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Portable business a plus, but not a requirement.
