Job Description:Modern premier personal injury law firm is seeking a full-time Case Manager. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and detail-oriented team player. We provide a comprehensive compensation package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and sick time.Position Responsibilities:Be knowledgeable about our services and relationshipsConfidence and comfort speaking on the phone with clients, providers, and insurance companiesExtreme attention to detailCaring and calm demeanorFostering the relationships our firm has with providersAbility to review and understand a variety of provider bills and recordsProfessional communication with providers and clientsAddress client inquiries regarding throughout their caseLaw firm experience (preferred)Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred)
