Tomlin Law is a small and growing law firm focused on sophisticated commercial real estate,  corporate and general business transactions. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial real estate and corporate transactions including new development and construction projects, joint ventures, the acquisition and sale of commercial properties, construction loan financing, private equity investments, joint ventures, commercial leasing for landlords and tenants and advising existing and start-up companies in a variety of industries. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow with the firm.Experience required:At least three (3) years experience in transactional law with focus on commercial real estate, corporate and general business transactions.Reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements related to commercial real estate including term sheets, purchase and sale contracts, commercial leases and loan documents.Reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements related to corporate and business transactions, including joint venture agreements, operating agreements, asset purchase agreements and corporate resolutions.Managing real estate closings and loan closings, including title review and clearance, closing statements and drafting closing documents.
