Hired attorney must have a modest book of business ($100K+) as firm has significant amount of work that the hired attorney will step into, including stock sales, asset acquisitions, corporate formation, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and succession planning. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and ability to serve as outside general counsel to clients. This is a rare opportunity join a firm as the first Corporate Attorney and immediately increase one’s book of business.
