Attorney (non-partnership track)- Los Angeles & San Francisco Offices

Thompson & Knight is looking for a labor and employment attorney with at least 2-8 years of experience in labor and employment to work full time in their San Francisco office. In this role, the attorney will be responsible for working on the defense of single-plaintiff FEHA cases and employment class and collective action cases.

The candidate must be an excellent writer. A writing sample and resume should be submitted as part of the online application. Large law firm experience and prior case management experience are preferred.

Requirements:

• At least 2-8 years of experience

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Current license to practice law in California
• Outstanding writing skills

• Must be able to work independently under only general supervision
