Responsibilities will include representing construction owners, architects & engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on both public and private projects; contract review and drafting; and aiding clients in resolving claims and disputes via arbitration, mediation, or trial in state and federal courts. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and at least two solid years of on-point experience in construction law. Insurance defense-based construction experience will be considered for those looking to transition into direct representation. Candidates must be members in good standing of the Georgia Bar or be willing to sit for the next available bar exam.
