Position will require drafting and negotiating agreements, trademark compliance, evaluating business issues in contracts and familiarity with privacy and data security laws. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position requires close collaboration with partners, senior attorneys and clients to develop clear and effective strategies for each client engagement. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. Not a remote position.
