Hyderally & Associates is a labor and employment litigation firm. We are seeking an attorney with 2 to 3 years of experience who is licensed in New Jersey and/or New York to work as an Associate.Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting efficient legal research, handling discovery, engaging in motion practice including oral argument, and representing the firm at conferences and hearings in state and federal court. We are looking for someone who is positive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized and a fast learner who can stay on top of deadlines. This attorney will be given guidance and training, but also given a significant amount of autonomy to work independently, monitor their own deadlines, meet with clients directly, and occasionally conduct depositions and court appearances.This is a hybrid position.
