Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, seeks an associate with three to six years of experience in corporate practice for its Dallas office. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is mandatory. Candidates also should be familiar with U.S. securities regulations and general corporate representation including entity formation and capitalization, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements and customer and supplier relationships. Drafting of acquisition agreements and ancillary related documents will be expected. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required.
