Hired candidate will provide counsel on tax planning and strategies involving cross-border transactions, M&A, investment fund formation, and joint ventures. Candidate will also advise on federal, state, and local tax controversy matters. Candidates must have an LL.M. in Tax and can be based out of any of the following US offices: Atlanta, Raleigh, Dallas, Denver, San Francisco, Washington DC or New York City.
