We seek someone who enjoys litigation but does not wish to try the same case over and over. A bit of variety keeps life interesting. We focus on Will Contests, conflicts between heirs, conflicts with executors and trustees, disputed guardianships, and more. Every day brings something new, but we only practice in the Pennsylvania Orphans' Court and NJ Surrogate's Court, so once you learn the procedures, you get to have fun focusing on the odd cases. Work with Attorney Glen Ridenour, who has several supreme court appeal victories. Manage your own cases and have daily client contact. You will take some potential new client calls each week, allowing you to practice landing clients. We would like you to stay for the long haul.
