A major global inter-dealer brokerage firm with its Americas operations headquartered in New York City is seeking an in-house attorney with 2-5 years' employment and general commercial litigation experience. Duties include active direct involvement with litigations and arbitrations, usually without the use of outside counsel, assisting H/R in addressing employee issues, helping internal investigations, managing law and college student interns and related projects. The attorney will report directly to the Chief legal Officer and enjoy significant hands-on experience. Compensation in the range of $100-125,000 depending on experience and accomplishments.
