Carlton Fields Jorden Burt is seeking an associate with two to four years of complex business transactions and securities law experience. An understanding of general corporate principles, significant merger and acquisitions experience, securities law experience, or a strong business background is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Florida (but the firm is willing to consider strong candidates seeking to relocate to Tampa), have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
