Robinson+Cole seeks an associate for its Tax Practice Group in its Hartford, New York, or Boston office. Qualified candidates will have between two and five years of experience advising companies, organizations, and nonprofit entities on a variety of federal, state, and international tax matters. Experience representing clients in connection with a broad range of tax matters, with particular emphasis on transactional matters, and state and local controversy work is preferred. An LL.M. in Taxation and large-firm or equivalent experience is a plus. Admission to the bar of your office of residence is required.
