The ideal candidate will have three to five years of general tax and estate planning experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required. Experience working with trusts, estates, corporations, family-owned businesses, private foundations and other tax-exempt organizations a plus. Master’s Degree from an LLM Taxation program preferred. Work Environment & Physical Demands: This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers. The Firm maintains a COVID-19 vaccination policy.
