It is essential that the candidate has amassed a thorough knowledge of Securities Act, Securities Exchange Act, preparation and filing of periodic reports, and public and private securities offerings. Experience with IPOs and alternatives thereto including Regulation A+ offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions and at the market (ATM) offerings is preferred. Candidate must have strong drafting and negotiating skills; a desire for client contact and aptitude for doing deals. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs, and market factors.
