Shipman is seeking an associate to join our Real Estate practice group in our Stamford or Hartford offices. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience practicing in transactional commercial real estate, including familiarity with title and survey review, closing transactions and leasing and conveyancing concepts. Candidates must be self-starters, have the desire to grow in responsibility and ultimately manage transactions, and have experience working as a member of a team on complex deals. Although we would prefer a candidate to work out of one of our Connecticut offices, we are flexible and we would consider applicants who prefer to work remotely.
