Our expanding defense litigation trial practice is seeking to substantially increase its lawyer headcountwith energetic and creative litigators with 3+ years of defense experience. Our team of litigators residein New York and New Jersey and work on a wide variety of matters involving trucking, general liability,construction, product liability, micro-mobility and more. Our offices are in midtown Manhattan andHackensack, New Jersey. We maintain a hybrid environment with no set in-office requirement andprovide the technology that allows our team to work seamlessly from anywhere. We support flexibility.Requirements: Admission in good standing to the NYS Bar, SDNY and EDNY a plus. Applicable substantive legal knowledge. Deposition and courtroom experience. Ability to manage your time, meet deadlines and produce top quality work product.Our firm tries cases while striving to manage litigation more efficiently by fostering collaboration withcolleagues and developing strategies to promote early resolution opportunities for our clients.
