Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department seeks an attorney with at least two years of significant insurance coverage and commercial litigation/ catastrophic bodily-injury claims exposure to join the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have exposure to first and third party coverage and defense claims/suits Candidates with exposure to drafting coverage opinions/position statements, taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions, are preferred but is not essential. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Texas Bar required.
