Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting efficient legal research, handling discovery, engaging in motion practice including oral arguments, and appearing in state and federal court. The attorney will be given guidance and training, but will also have a large amount of autonomy to work independently and monitor their own deadlines.
