Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking an associate with two to five years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions to join the Securities Group of the Business and Finance Department in our Phoenix office. The qualified candidate will join our sophisticated practice and work alongside our team of collegial, client service-oriented attorneys. Superior academic credentials and strong communication skills are required.

Our Business & Finance Department has a regional and national practice involving public and private companies and nonprofit organizations. Our clients include companies engaged in technology, manufacturing and service functions; pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, and software as well as financial institutions; investment companies; sports and other franchises; public utilities; and hospitals and health services.
