Our Philadelphia office is seeking an outstanding attorney with 4-6 years of securities reporting and compliance experience to join our Business & Finance Department. Successful candidates will have substantive experience with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including public company reporting with the SEC, as well as related corporate governance matters under NYSE and NASDAQ listing rules. Additional experience in general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and executive compensation matters is also desired. Exceptional academic credentials and excellent communication skills are required.
Our Business & Finance Department has a regional and national practice involving public and private companies and nonprofit organizations. Our clients include companies engaged in technology, manufacturing and service functions; pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, and software as well as financial institutions; investment companies; sports and other franchises; public utilities; and hospitals and health services.
