The Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group is seeking to add an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to our Nashville, Tennessee office.
Preferred areas of expertise include (i) drafting retirement plan documents (including defined benefit and defined contribution plans as well as work with pre-approved plans), (ii) drafting of nonqualified deferred compensation plans, (iii) advising clients with respect to operational issues and correction programs for retirement plans and deferred compensation plans, and (iv) advising clients regarding the laws affecting group health plans including HIPAA, COBRA, and the Affordable Care Act. Tennessee Bar membership preferred. Prior experience as a benefits professional would be a plus.
