Michael Best is looking for an experienced Corporate Attorney in its Salt Lake City office with 3-6 years of experience in venture capital. The candidate must have experience in the entrepreneurial community. Should have experience in representing emerging growth companies from start up to exit in a variety of industries. Experience should include assisting such companies in formation, capitalization and financing strategies, preparation of employment and consultant documentation, review of customer / vendor contracts, preparation of equity and material transfer agreements and assistance with the negotiation of term sheets, debt and venture financing documents. Experience of representing venture capital / angel funds and other investors in the venture space is preferred
