Armstrong Teasdale LLP seeks a Trademark Partner for our St. Louis or Kansas City office. Candidates applying for this position should have experience in domestic and foreign trademark clearance, trademark prosecution and trademark and domain name enforcement, including TTAB and UDRP proceedings. Experience in copyright, trademark licensing and advertising is a plus. Portable business is also a plus but not required. This position offers competitive compensation and -benefit package.
Requirements
J.D. and admission to a state bar are required. The successful candidate must have at least eight years of experience in relevant trademark practice, be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and have a working knowledge of trademark search software, query formulation and clearance activities. Working knowledge of docketing practices and software is a plus.
