Our expanding defense litigation trial practice is seeking to substantially increase its lawyer headcount with energetic and creative litigators with 3+ years of defense experience. Our team of litigators reside in New York and New Jersey and work on a wide variety of matters involving trucking, general liability, construction, product liability, micro-mobility and more. Our offices are in midtown Manhattan and Hackensack, New Jersey. We maintain a hybrid environment with no set in-office requirement and provide the technology that allows our team to work seamlessly from anywhere. We support flexibility.
Requirements:
• Admission in good standing to the NYS Bar, SDNY and EDNY a plus.
• Applicable substantive legal knowledge.
• Deposition and courtroom experience.
• Ability to manage your time, meet deadlines and produce top quality work product.

Compensation: $120K-$160K, yearly merit bonus, hours-based bonus structure, full range of benefits
