Regional law firm established in 1871 seeks a lawyer with a minimum of three (3) experience in a real estate practice. Lawyer should be able to work independently and have experience in commercial, institutional transactions. Some residential work may be involved but not a residential closing firm. Lawyer not required to bring clients or a book of business. Law firm has institutional, established clients and work is referred internally.
Compensation would be combination of salary and receivables as agreed upon based on business brought, originated and received. Employment includes full range of benefits, including health and disability insurance and retirement plan.
Law firm has represented generations of individuals, families, governmental agencies and authorities, organizations and businesses in southeast Georgia, and represents variety of clients in transaction related real property matters.
