My client, a personal injury law firm on Long Island, is seeking an experienced litigator to handle cases from inception through trial. If you have at least five years of trial experience and are familiar with all aspects of plaintiff's personal injury litigation, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate should have a track record of verdicts and settlements and possess superior communication skills, including strong research and writing skills. Time management and attention to detail are also essential skills for this position. About You:• In good standings and Licensed to practice law in New York State. • Experience conducting multiple plaintiff and defendant depositions. • Experience handling personal injury cases from start to finish. • Motion argument experience. • Outgoing personality, approachable and friendly.
