Seeking a high-performing associate to be part of our litigation practice and resident in our Princeton office working primarily on matters in NJ, NY, and Pa. Candidates should have 2-3 years of complex commercial litigation experience. Financial services, consumer fraud and regulatory protection litigation experience preferred. Financial services background a plus. A strong academic background is required. Must be admitted in NJ and NY.
