Our client, a highly regarded plaintiffs’ firm with a track record of successful verdicts and settlements, is seeking to hire a junior to mid-level associate for their growing Atlanta office. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of legal experience, with a genuine interest and passion for transitioning to plaintiffs’ side advocacy (and/or existing experience with plaintiffs’ matter). The ideal candidate will have defense experience in trucking, nursing home and premises liability matters. Deposition and second chair experience is highly desirable.
